The terms for using the Muse Privacy app, relay and Muse connector.

What we provide

The Muse Privacy app, which you run on your own device, and a relay that lets Muse reach it. The service is free. There are no purchases, subscriptions or fees.

Your responsibilities

• Use it only with documents you are allowed to process, and follow the rules that apply to your records, such as your school's or employer's.
• Keep your device, its pairing codes and its secret safe. Anyone with a live pairing code can link to your device until you unlink it.
• Check results before you rely on them or send them to anyone. The device's model and privacy checks can make mistakes.
• Do not use the relay to attack, overload or reach anyone else's device.

No warranty

Muse Privacy is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It is a young project, built for the Meta Global AI Developer Hackathon. To the extent the law allows, Offline Base is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data you choose to share with Muse.

Muse and Meta

Muse is Meta's product and your use of it is governed by Meta's terms. Muse Privacy is independent and is not made or endorsed by Meta.

Ending

You can stop at any time: unlink Muse and delete the app. We may suspend a device that abuses the relay, or change or end the relay with notice on this page.
